Worth a message: a photo whose colours came out wrong (describe it rather than sending it — your photos are the whole point of keeping this local), feature requests like manual colour hints, batch colourising, a stronger model option, or scratch/restore tools.

Honest scope: colours are plausible guesses, not the true historical colours (the model can't know them); it adds colour but won't repair scratches or sharpen; there's a one-time ~215 MB model download (then cached, offline); and very large images are worked at up to 1600px before the colour is mapped back to full detail. Since everything executes in the tab, a photo you open stays on your own machine and nowhere else.
